These specially designed classes offer essential guidance and support, helping students to imbibe core human values and develop life skills that enable them to lead a balanced, responsible, and healthy life. They are structured to instill a strong moral compass, emotional resilience, and critical thinking abilities at an early age, laying a solid foundation for their future endeavours.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Values can be described as the guiding principles, ideals, or standards of behaviour that are considered desirable, important, and held in high esteem by the society in which a person resides. They act as invisible pillars that shape a person\u2019s decisions, actions, and relationships throughout their lifetime. \u201cThe importance of values and morals lies in the fact that they form the codes we live by in a civil, just, and harmonious society. They direct our interactions with others \u2014 among our friends, family members, colleagues, and even within the wider community \u2014 ensuring respect, empathy, and fairness.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">On the other hand, Life Skills refer to the essential abilities and competencies for adaptive and positive behaviour that empower individuals to deal effectively with the demands, stresses, and challenges of everyday life. These include skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, time management, and coping strategies for adversity.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Through these classes, the school aims to nurture students into socially responsible, emotionally balanced, and morally upright individuals who can contribute positively to society.
