They address a wide range of emotional, behavioural, psychological, and academic issues that students may encounter during their formative years. Our counselling program is designed to nurture emotional well-being, foster resilience, and empower students to effectively manage the pressures and challenges they face, both inside and outside the classroom.<\/p>\n\n<p  style=\"text-align:justify;\">The Counselling and Guidance Cell offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where students are encouraged to express their concerns freely. In addition to student support, the cell actively creates space for addressing the concerns of parents and teachers, recognizing the importance of a collaborative approach in nurturing the child\u2019s overall development. The counsellors provide expert guidance, assist in identifying underlying concerns, and suggest strategies for coping, learning, and growing positively.<\/p>\n\n<p  style=\"text-align:justify;\">The cell also collaborates closely with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to foster a child-centric, compassionate, and inclusive learning environment. Regular workshops, awareness sessions, and skill-building activities are organized to strengthen the emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills of students.
